I believe many of my friends have encountered
WeChat friends circle praises free event
Can it be free to collect enough praise?
What should I do if the business is false?
Recently, Ms. Ying, who lives in Yuhuan City, Zhejiang Province, complained to the Consumer Protection Committee that she had learned from the WeChat public account that a local Japanese food buffet was holding a “three-person one-person free of charge” activity. The activity required: to forward the circle of friends and praise 18, after Ms. Yi forwarded the collection, she and her friends went to the Japanese food buffet to eat, and showed the collection of friends in the restaurant before the meal, but the staff of the store said that they need to travel together. 3 per person forwards the circle of friends and gathers 18 likes to enjoy the event, and the meal time is 2 hours.
The event interface does not indicate the meal time and the requirement that 3 people must forward the collection, and the store does not match the dishes promoted on the WeChat public account such as salmon, sweet shrimp and unicorn.
After verification by the staff of the Consumer Protection Committee, it was found that the WeChat public tweet posted by the merchant did not explicitly indicate in the text that the meal time and the three people would forward the request for praise.
Because there are more guests who come to eat after seeing the WeChat public tweet, they have to temporarily increase the meal time limit. As for the three people to forward the rules of collecting praise, they only sent a message in the circle of friends, not in the public number. Prompt on commercial tweets.
After mediation, the merchants refunded the fee of 396 yuan for the three-person meal of the lady, and the two parties settled.
